Pacific Service Credit Union…Bay Area Top Workplaces 2019 Award Winner

Pacific Service CU has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Bay Area News Group. We placed 35th in the Small Company category. We are among good company as only 45 small companies received the honor of being named a Top Workplace employer. The complete list can be found here:

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. Energage helps create workplaces that unlock potential and inspire performance.

Our employees participated in an anonymous survey that measures several aspects of workplace culture including mission alignment, execution, and connection. As an organization that prides itself on providing world-class products and services, we understand that our members can only be as happy and satisfied as our own people. That is why we engaged in understanding our workplace culture. It helps determine where we exceed and where we may fall short.

Creating our culture

Creating a top culture that allows our employees and members to thrive, is about more than simply offering market-leading benefits. It’s about organizational health. Employees want to align with the company’s vision, be challenged, be given time and space to be creative, give back to their communities, and feel that they are valued and their voices are heard. This helps us develop strong, meaningful relationships with our members and business partners.

“We are honored and proud to receive the Top Workplaces award. We have worked very hard over many years to build a culture that our employees enjoy,” said Steve Punch, President and CEO of Pacific Service Credit Union. “Our employees value and appreciate our work/life balance, 100% paid medical and dental coverage, and our all-employee bonus program.”
